WHO WE ARE
Tribal Risk and Insurance Solutions, LLC (TRIS) is a female Native American-owned full-service independent insurance agency that specializes in working within Indian Country. TRIS provides a comprehensive range of innovative insurance, risk management, wellness and employee benefit programs/services to support your ever-changing needs. Our employees collectively have over 100 years of experience in serving Indian Country.
Our combined expertise is built upon a solid understanding of the unique exposures of tribal operations that are subject to existing tribal laws and/or federal statutes. We have extensive training in matters specific to Indian Country, such as Indian Land and the Law, Self-Determination and Self Governance, Tribal Law and Jurisdiction, Gaming Law and Compliance, Indian Regulatory Gaming Act, Tribal Court Procedures, Federal Tort Claims Act and Tribal Constitutions.
